Privacy policy

Quote requests. When you request a quote we store your name, contact details, address and message so we can reply to you. We don't sell this information.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to improve who sees them. It sends Meta the pages you visit, successfully saved quote requests, the lighting service selected, a unique request event ID, browser and device details and Meta cookies. Your name, phone number, property address and message are not included in our advertising events. A lead means a saved quote request, not a completed installation or sale. Meta processes this under its own privacy policy.

Your choice. Visitors in regions that require consent (such as the EU, UK and Switzerland) are asked first, and nothing is sent unless they accept. Elsewhere measurement is enabled unless you decline. Anyone can turn ad measurement off or back on at any time with Cookie settings. We keep your choices, their times, region, notice version and a random visitor reference in your browser, preserving earlier acceptance when you withdraw. Quote measurement checks your choice both when you submit and when the request is saved; requests blocked by your choice are not sent later.

Advertising notices. The October 22, 2026 notice covered sharing page visits and browser identifiers with Meta for ad measurement and targeting, with Accept, Decline and Cookie settings choices. The October 23, 2026 notice also covers completed quote requests and the selected lighting service, and states that name, phone, address and message are not sent. Both notices link to this policy.
